President
Jamie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is highly experienced with nearly 15 years focused specifically on cooling, filtration and water treatment systems. By supporting customers across diverse sectors, he empowers our team to provide industry leading solutions for customers challenges. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys time with his wife and daughters as well as outdoor activities.
Account Manager
Combining a strong foundation in the trades with formal engineering technology training and a proven track record in technical sales. I help industrial facilities optimize their Cooling, water, and wastewater systems from the ground up from diagnosing mechanical challenges on the job site to designing, specifying, and delivering custom treatment solutions.
Equipment Specialist
Matteo spent ten years as a consulting engineer designing and specifying mechanical systems, and he still approaches every project like one. Before recommending equipment, he takes the time to understand the system as a whole: what it needs to do, what is going wrong, and what a failure would cost. Engineers, contractors, and owners rely on him for honest answers and solutions on cooling, water filtration, and water treatment across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Aftermarket Manager
With over 30 years in the HVAC industry, specializing in sales and aftermarket support, I’ve built strong relationships and a solid understanding of the industry. I enjoy helping customers find the right solutions and providing ongoing support they can count on. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring different cultures, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. I believe in working hard, building good relationships, and enjoying life along the way.
Mechanical Project Specialist
Combining a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering with advanced project and supply chain management training from SAIT, I bring a highly structured approach to technical project execution. As a Mechanical Project Specialist, I specialize in executing mechanical projects focused on cooling, filtration, and water treatment technologies for commercial and industrial clients. When I am not in the office or on a job site, I love going on trips and spending quality time with my family.
Industrial Equipment Specialist
Jordan Hittel is Process Water Solutions’ Saskatchewan Representative, bringing over 15 years of experience working with industrial equipment. Based in Saskatoon, Jordan supports customers with cooling tower and raw water filtration solutions. He works closely with facility teams, contractors and engineers, combining practical technical knowledge with PWS’s expertise to deliver reliable, efficient systems and responsive local support.
